Peter Hutton is a seasoned media executive with a unique global background in leading sports organizations. He currently serves on the boards of several major sports bodies, including the Saudi Pro League, the British Rugby League, Wembley Stadium, and the Professional Triathlon Organization. He also acts as an advisor to various sports technology companies.
Previously, Hutton was the CEO of some of the largest sports channels across Europe, Asia, and the Indian subcontinent. He also led Meta’s global sports business for six years and served as the Chairman of the T20 World Cup USA.
Zahid Noorani brings 35 years of combined professional experience in the fields of the global sports industry, banking and finance, and real estate development, with a proven record of consistently creating shareholder value during his 25+ years as a CEO.
He conceived and implemented the idea of setting up Ten Sports, one of the leading sports TV channels in South Asia, fundamentally transforming the landscape of sports broadcasting in the region.
In his leadership role at Ten Sports, Zahid liaised with several international governing bodies of sports such as cricket, football, and tennis, and concluded several multi-million-dollar deals for television and broadcasting rights. He brings a wealth of experience in managing high-level relationships with the heads of international and country-level sports bodies.
Subhan Ahmad is one of Pakistan’s most seasoned sports administrators with leadership experience in the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International League T20 (ILT20), and Emirates Cricket Board.
He served as Chief Operating Officer of the Pakistan Cricket Board (2010–2019) and represented Pakistan on The ICC Chief Executives’ Committee (2010–2018) and The Asian Cricket Council Chief Executives’ Committee (2010–2018).
As Chairman of all Organizing Committees for international home series (2014–2019) and all PSL events held in Pakistan (2016–2019), Subhan played a pivotal role in hosting high-profile international cricket. He also served on all Bid/Tender Committees for the sale of bilateral series broadcasting rights (2010–2019).
Subhan was instrumental in the award of hosting rights for the 2011 ICC Cricket World Cup to India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Bangladesh. In his current role as Advisor to the Emirates Cricket Board and COO of ILT20, he has overseen the launch of a six-team international franchise tournament in the UAE and organized global events including the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021, PSL 2021, IPL 2021, Asia Cup 2022, ICC Women’s World Cup 2024, and ICC Champions Trophy 2025.
Imran Ahmad Khan is a dynamic sports management professional with nearly a decade of experience across commercial, brand, league management, broadcast, production, and player management.
As the head of A Sports, Imran played a central role in content acquisition, development, commercial growth strategy, contract negotiations, business development, and relationship management. His portfolio has included rights for the FIFA World Cup, Formula 1, La Liga, multiple ICC events, international T20 leagues, and bilateral cricket.
Under his leadership, Apex Sports Consulting has worked on multiple international projects and transactions, including partnerships with the International Cricket Council, SA20, Guyana Global Super League, Formula E, and PUBG Mobile.
Imran also serves as a Director for the World Cricketers' Association.
Mark Denton brings over 30 years of international sports broadcast and media distribution experience, specializing in global licensing of rights, channel distribution, and OTT streaming platform development.
He co-founded Ten Sports, where he served as SVP, Revenue and Digital, and played a key role in its growth. Prior to that, Mark worked with ESPN Star Sports as part of their sales team.
Other key distribution projects for Mark include: launching Setanta Sports Asia Rugby Channel and managing its sale to Discovery Networks; distributing BeIN Sports Asia channels across SEA, including UEFA Champions League and La Liga rights (2016); launching Willow TV OTT streaming service across the Middle East and Europe; and distributing rights for the PSA World Squash.
More recently, Mark has worked on content distribution for the World Archery Federation, World Surf League, The ICONS Series, Ultimate Pool, and the International Sport Climbing Federation (IFSC).
Mikail Hameed brings a diverse background in finance, business development, and strategic consulting. A graduate of Babson College’s School of Business, Mikail’s career began in investment banking, asset management, and consulting.
Previously, he spearheaded business development at a $2 billion US firm, where he managed relationships with over 50 key clients and advised senior leadership to deliver transformative strategies and measurable results.
At Apex Sports, Mikail now serves as Head of Strategy & Client Relations, where he has been instrumental in acquiring marquee clients and managing them across all aspects of sports management. He works closely with elite athletes and high-profile stakeholders, delivering innovative commercial strategies, deepening fan engagement, and creating long-term value for clients and partners.
Zain Noorani brings a strong financial foundation and commercial acumen to the sports industry, holding a double bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Banking & Finance from Victoria University.
He began his career in finance, foreign exchange risk management, and sales before transitioning into sports.
At Apex Sports, Zain serves as Manager of Operations & Partnerships, where he plays a key role in driving media rights, commercial strategy, and cross-border collaborations across the MENA and South Asia regions.
