IMRAN AHMAD KHAN
Imran Ahmad Khan is a dynamic sports management professional
with almost a decade of industry experience across commercial,
brand, league management, broadcast, production and player
management verticals.
He was involved in closing multiple high-value commercial deals
for PCB including a record 55% increase in the PSL title
sponsorship in 2021 and a 358% increase in the PSL media rights
in 2018.
As a member of the PSL Governing Council, Imran worked closely
on the League’s strategy, franchise stakeholder management,
commercial rights structuring, and operations.
He successfully planned and delivered PCB’s first-ever 100 days of
production including international cricket, domestic cricket and
PSL. Imran also successfully planned and delivered commercial
and marketing streams for multiple cricket events. Imran was a key
member of the team that submitted PCB’s successful bid for
hosting the ICC Champions Trophy in 2025.
As head of A Sports – Pakistan’s leading sports TV channel – Imran
played a key role in content acquisition, content development,
commercial growth strategy, contract negotiations, business
development, and relationship management for a portfolio
including the FIFA World Cup, La Liga, multiple ICC events, PSL,
various international T20 leagues, and bilateral cricket.
